We were particularly grateful to the hotel staff for their flexibility in allowing early check-in on a payment basis, which greatly eased our travel schedule. In conclusion, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfying. From the strategic location to the commendable service and delicious food, everything was up to the mark. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was good but little confused with Chicken Ham etc. For Muslims you may please indicate Halal. Cleanliness was good but house keeping was under staffed. There was only one old lady to look after the whole floor of 48 rooms! She was good but, I felt it was too much for her. The room was good well planned, bathroom congested with very small commode, uncomfortable. Sliding door for shower enclosure will restrict water splash all around.

The hotel is close to Bangkok Hospital and I stayed there because I needed to be close to the hospital. For those who want to travel in Bangkok, the hotel is 20 minutes away from the center by taxi. The hotel itself is really comfortable and practical, the room is well equipped, the dining room located in the lobby serves delicious and excellent fresh food, both at breakfast and lunch/dinner

The receptionist Baipool was exceptional. I arrived an hour after an eye operation to discover I had booked a room for October not September. Baipool efficiently sorted out the problem and even helped me with the reservation at my next hotel. She was calm, efficient and very professional, everything a one-eyed worried guest needed. Please pass on my gratitude.

The most amazing part of this stay was the STAFF. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was in the unenviable position of traveling by myself for a surgery, but everyone was very kind to me, made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated that as I was on my own.
